CHIKOW TAKES REINS OF MICHIGAN AVENUE GROUP MAY 1

John Chikow, 55, takes over May 1 as president and CEO of the Greater North Michigan Avenue

Association, aiming to increase membership, maintain Boul Mich's fashionable look and ensure the Mag Mile booster organization remains financially stable. Chikow succeeds John Maxson, who is retiring. Chikow, who grew up on the Southwest Side, has 17 years of volunteer work at the association and previously served as executive director for the Institute of Real Estate Management Foundation.
