Yorkshire-based e-commerce specialist Shopcreator Developments Ltd has appointed David Rix as its new Finance Director.

David is a graduate chartered accountant and has many years experience in both UK and international companies.

After qualifying with Coopers and Lybrand, he worked for Les Fils de Louis Mulliez (Sunday Times 4th richest family in Europe) in France and the UK. More recently he was the CFO of VisionWare, an MBO company in the connectivity software business, and he joins SDL from Leeds-based mini conglomerate FTL Holdings where he was the Group's Financial Director.

Shopcreator is a revolutionary and unique product that allows anyone to design and construct an online (e-commerce) web site and connect it to the Internet without knowing anything about HTML, javascript or any other computer language.
